Harm Reduction Learning Network Purpose and Goals
The NYSDOH AIDS Institute HIV Quality Management Program has formed an HIV Quality Learning Network for agencies that provide harm reduction, risk reduction and relapse prevention services. This Learning Network will utilize proven methods of quality improvement to meet the need for defined and measurable improvement in the care of individuals living with HIV who receive services at Title I Harm Reduction facilities.
