HIV Patient Satisfaction Survey

PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY FOR HIV AMBULATORY CARE (PSS-HIV)
October 2002

The Patient Satisfaction Survey for HIV Ambulatory Care (PSS-HIV) is a new assessment tool designed specifically for HIV primary care sites. In addition to the Core Survey, it includes five optional Modules covering special services – case management, substance use, mental health, women’s health, and Medicaid managed care. The development of this survey included feedback from HIV-positive patients and their providers and participating HIV programs for field- testing across New York State.
