Food and Nutrition Services
Food and Nutrition programs provide a variety of nutrition-related services in support of people living with HIV/AIDS, such as congregate and home delivered meals, grocery/pantry services, and food vouchers. Nutrition services include screening for nutritional risk, counseling and providing nutrition educational group activities. These fundamental services provide patients with support to improve their health and lives.
