HIV Experienced Provider Report

It is with pleasure that the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute, Office of the Medical Director announces the release of the final report from the Expert Panel meeting that was held on March 12, 2008. This panel was convened in order to reexamine the policy formerly referred to as the HIV Specialist Policy and to discuss issues of defining an HIV-experienced provider in New York State. The final report includes the background literature synthesis distributed at the meeting, meeting presentations, and a summary of the discussion.
