The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) AIDS Institute, Office of the Medical Director, produces a wide range of educational resources for clinical service providers. The materials listed with order numbers on this form can be ordered in bulk from the NYSDOH Distribution Center. Most of these materials are also available in electronic format and can be downloaded from our website: www.hivguidelines.org.
