How to Order Clinical Provider Resources

The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) AIDS Institute, Office of the Medical Director, produces a wide range of educational resources for clinical service providers. The materials listed with order numbers on this form can be ordered in bulk from the NYSDOH Distribution Center. Most of these materials are also available in electronic format and can be downloaded from our website: www.hivguidelines.org. Many more resources are available only in electronic format and can be downloaded from our website. We encourage you to download electronic versions and reproduce them, whenever possible. Here's how to order:

Download PDFs or HTML versions: Most materials are downloadable from our website in PDF and HTML formats.

Please note: Bulk orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Box numbers. Please limit orders to no more than 20 different publications/titles at one time. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery.

Out-of-state orders: Out-of-state orders will be honored based on the availability of the item(s) requested. There will be a fee to cover production, shipping and handling costs.
