The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute Presents

New York Statewide HIV Testing Law Stakeholders Meetings

The New York State HIV Testing Law, enacted in 2010 authorized significant changes to increase HIV testing and promote HIV-positive persons entering into treatment. Since that time, evaluations have shown a significant increase in HIV testing.

New York statewide stakeholders meetings are being convened to obtain input from key stakeholders on the implementation of HIV testing.

Join the discussion to share:

  • Where are you with implementation?
  • What is working?
  • What challenges exist?
  • Identify ongoing Technical Assistance (TA) needs
